Required products :

400 grams of cooked rice
100 grams of yellow cheese
2 tablespoons olive oil and fat for baking pancakes
white part of 2 stalks of leeks, cut into circles 1 cm thick
250 milliliters of vegetable or chicken broth
100 milliliters of high-fat cooking cream
5 eggs
2 tablespoons bolesgo or parsley
1 teaspoon saffron
salt and ground black pepper to taste
black peppercorns, crushed wholesale

Method of preparation :

Pour saffron with 1 tablespoon of hot water and a few minutes later add the rice.
Cut the yellow cheese into thin straws, pour over the rice, stir and leave the mixture for the moment.

In a deep frying pan, heat the olive oil over high heat and fry the sliced ​​leeks for about 3 minutes (until it changes color slightly and turns red).
