Necessary products:

  • 1 onion
  • 1 red pepper
  • 300 grams of mushrooms
  • 200 grams of rice
  • 3 tea cups mushroom broth (can be diced)
  • 75 - 100 grams of parmesan
  • 1 bunch parsley
  • 1 bunch green onions
  • frying oil
  • salt to taste
  • ground black pepper to taste

Method of preparation:

Cut the onion into circles and fry it in butter. Cut the pepper into small cubes and add to the onion, then the mushrooms and fry until soft (about 5 minutes). In another deep pan, fry the rice for 2-3 minutes on high heat. Reduce the heat and, stirring gently, gradually pour in the broth. Leave on the stove over low heat until cooked (the rice should absorb all the broth). Then pour the prepared vegetables over the rice, mix well, add the grated Parmesan, parsley, green onions, season with spices and leave the dish on low heat for another 2 minutes. That is all.
