How To Cook Rice Pie From Liquid Dough With Onions And Eggs - Recipe

Necessary products

For the dough:

  • 3 eggs
  • 200 grams of wheat flour
  • 50 grams of starch
  • 100 grams of natural yogurt
  • 100 grams of homemade mayonnaise
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt and baking soda

For the filling:

  • 100 grams of white rice
  • 2 small onions or 1 large
  • 3 boiled eggs
  • spices

 

Method of preparation :

The stuffing

Finely chop the onion and fry it until golden.

 

Peel the eggs (hard boiled) and grate them.

 

Boil the rice until ready (in salted water).

 

Mix it with eggs and onions, add salt, sprinkle with ground black pepper.

 

The dough

Pour the eggs, mayonnaise and natural yogurt into a large bowl.

 

Add soda, starch and salt. Stir thoroughly.

Start pouring a little of the flour without stopping stirring.

 

The dough should be obtained with the consistency of thick cream.

Grease the bottom of a round pan with oil (in this case a container with a diameter of 28 cm is used) and distribute half of the mixture.

 

On it - the filling (also evenly distributed).

 

Cover with the remaining dough and level the surface. The filling must be completely covered.

 

Bake the pie in a preheated oven (200 degrees), it will take about 40 minutes.

 

The result is such a toasted delicacy.
