Required products :
400 milliliters of coconut milk
50 grams of round grain rice
2-3 teaspoon sugar
pinch of salt
1 tablespoon oil
cherry jam to serve
Method of preparation :
Pour the coconut milk into a saucepan, add salt to taste, place on the stove and bring to a boil. When this happens, reduce the temperature to a minimum and add the rice. Let simmer on low heat, stirring occasionally (about 20-25 minutes).
If the porridge is too thick, you can add a little more milk or water.
About 5 minutes before the rice is ready, add 2-3 teaspoons of sugar and stir.
When you remove from the heat, pour in the oil and let the dessert stand for 10-15 minutes.
Serve with cherry jam.
