Necessary products for 12 servings:

  • 1 cup rice
  • 2 cups fresh milk
  • 2 eggs
  • 3 tablespoons sugar
  • 50 grams of raisins
  • 0.5 tsp Sol
  • vanilla sugar to taste
  • 30-50 grams of butter

Method of preparation:

Wash the rice with cold water, put it in a saucepan and fill it with water (cold). Boil for 10 minutes, then drain with a colander. Bring the milk to a boil, add the rice, salt and cook for about 25-30 minutes, stirring.

Turn on the oven. Add the sugar, raisins, eggs and vanilla sugar to the rice. Mix everything well. Grease a baking dish, sprinkle with breadcrumbs, pour the cooked rice and flatten. Put in the oven on medium heat and bake for 30-40 minutes (until golden) at 180 degrees.

The finished pudding is cut into portions and served with fruit sauce (syrup, jam).
