Required products :

100 grams of round grain rice

600 milliliters of milk

250 milliliters of cream

30 - 60 grams of sugar

vanilla stick or vanilla sugar

canned peaches

2 tablespoons dark rum

Method of preparation :

Boil the rice in the milk, add the vanilla stick. Stir periodically and be careful not to boil. When the milk boils, reduce the heat to a minimum, close the pan with a lid and cook for about 40 minutes, stirring often. Make sure the rice does not stick to the bottom of the pan. When ready, pour the sugar and remove the vanilla stick. Stir well. Allow the dessert to cool to room temperature. Then beat the cream with a wire whisk. Add 2 tablespoons of rum, liqueur or other aromatic alcohol to it. Then carefully start adding the cream to the rice, scooping with a spatula from the bottom up. An air mass must be obtained.

Cut the peaches into small pieces and take glass cups, bowls or other suitable molds. Distribute the pudding and fruit, alternating layers. Serve the dessert warm.

Enjoy your meal!
