If you want to prepare a quick dessert that will appeal to everyone at home, this recipe is just for you. The ingredients are for 4 servings and the preparation will take you only 45 minutes .

 

Necessary products

  • 3/4 tea cups rice
  • 2 teaspoons fresh milk
  • 2/3 tea cups raisins
  • 1/3 tea cup sugar
  • 1 egg, broken
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

 

Method of preparation

Pour the rice into 1.5 teaspoons of boiling water. Reduce heat and cook for about 20 minutes.

In a saucepan put the prepared rice, sugar, salt and 1.5 teaspoons of milk. Stir and cook for about 15 minutes on medium heat until a thick cream is obtained.

Add the remaining milk, beaten egg and raisins. Cook for another 3-4 minutes, stirring constantly. Remove from the heat and add the butter and vanilla.

Wait for the cream to cool before serving. You can sprinkle with a little cinnamon. Enjoy your meal!
