Required products :

1 teaspoon rice (sticky)
1/2 thin sheet of pita
1 small head of Chinese cabbage
80 grams of boiled-smoked ham
1 teaspoon sugar (without top)
pepper, salt and green spices to taste

 

Method of preparation :

Boil the rice until done, then drain the liquid and pour the beans on a napkin. Let cool and close the container with a lid.

Cut the ham into small cubes, chop the cabbage and add salt and sugar.

 

Put the leaves in a suitable container, place on the stove and let them cook for 30-40 seconds until dry. Remove from heat and allow to cool.

 

 

During this time, turn on the oven to preheat to 160 degrees. Cut a sheet of lavash into two parts and put one of them in the oven for 1 minute.

 

When you take it out, place it on plastic wrap and distribute the rice evenly. Sprinkle generously with chopped green spices.

 

It's time for the cabbage, but let it occupy half of the rice surface.

 

Follow the pieces of ham and season with ground black pepper.

 

Using the plastic wrap, form a roll by pressing with your hands. Twist the edges.

 

Refrigerate for a few hours, then carefully remove the foil and cut the appetizer into pieces.

Arrange lettuce on a sheet, decorate as desired and serve.
