Necessary products:

 

  • 300 grams of iceberg lettuce, cleaned and dried
  • 200 grams of cooked white rice
  • 100 grams of canned corn
  • 100 grams of pitted green olives
  • canned tuna in olive oil
  • 1 tomato, finely chopped
  • salt, pepper, olive oil, lemon juice
  • a few sprigs of fresh parsley
  • 2 sprigs of fresh dill

 

Method of preparation:

 

Cut the iceberg lettuce into small pieces and place it in a bowl, to which you add the cooked rice, corn, chopped olives, tomatoes, fish and season with salt, pepper, olive oil and lemon juice to taste.

Stir and season with chopped fresh spices. Cool and serve the salad cold, garnished with a drink of your choice.
