How To Cook Rice Spaghetti (funchoza) With Vegetables And Mushrooms - Recipe

Required products :

  • 100 grams of rice spaghetti;
  • 200 grams of mushrooms;
  • 2 onions
  • 1 carrot
  • 100 grams of turnips
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 70 milliliters of oil
  • hot red pepper, salt, coriander to taste


Method of preparation :

Put the rice spaghetti for a minute in boiling water. Take them out in a colander, rinse with cold water.

Boil the mushrooms for 10 minutes and cut them into pieces. Cut the onion into semicircles, and the carrots and turnips into thin straws (Korean).

Fry the mushrooms in the oil until golden. Then add the onion and wait for it to turn red. At this stage, pour the carrots and turnips, fry and then add the crushed garlic, soy sauce, vinegar, salt, pepper, sugar.

Stew for 5 minutes and pour the mixture over the prepared spaghetti.

Sprinkle with chopped coriander and serve hot.
