Boil the rice spaghetti as indicated on the package and pour cold water over it, strain it and pour olive oil over it.
While the spaghetti is cooking, bring 4 teaspoons of salted water to a boil and blanch the beans in it for 2 minutes, then immediately transfer it to a bowl of ice cold water (with ice placed in it) to keep their color fresh. Strain them and cut them.
Stir in the rice spaghetti beans, tomatoes, olive oil, basil, lemon zest, juice. Season with salt and pepper to taste and serve.
