Grate the carrots and stew them for a few minutes in the oil (it is best to use a thick-bottomed pot in which you will cook the rice).
Then pour the washed and dried rice grains, stir to cover with fat.
A minute later, pour boiling water about an inch above the mixture.
Reduce the heat and let the combination cook under the lid for about 15-20 minutes.
Then add the finely chopped dill and garlic cloves, turn off the heat, close the pan with a lid and wait 5 minutes.
Then stir and deal with the mushrooms.
Select small mushrooms, bake them in a very hot greased pan for a few minutes, stirring constantly. They must remain firm.
Serve with rice.
