Required products :

  • 4 pieces of chicken leg steaks, cut into pieces
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons spice cajun
  • 2 teaspoons olive oil
  • 450 grams of semi-finished rice
  • 1 avocado, sliced
  • 1 red pepper, chopped
  • 1 mango, peeled and diced
  • 1/2 onion, finely chopped
  • 1 teaspoon coriander leaves
  • 1/3 tea cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • lemon slices for serving

Method of preparation :

Season the chicken slices with 1 tablespoon of the spice kajun, stir it to taste each piece.

Heat a large skillet over medium heat. Fry the meat in two parts for about 5 minutes on each side. Transfer to a bowl.

Pour olive oil into the bowl and add the remaining spice cajun and a minute later, after releasing its aroma, add the rice and 2/3 teaspoon of water. Cook for about 6-7 minutes until the water is absorbed. Remove from the heat.

Arrange the rice in bowls and arrange slices of avocado, pepper, chicken, onion, mango and coriander on top.

Combine mayonnaise, lemon juice and paprika in a bowl. Pour the resulting mixture over the chicken and vegetables. Serve with lemon slices.
