Required products :

  • 4 skinless chicken breasts, sliced
  • 50 milliliters of oil
  • 1 onion, finely chopped
  • 2 garlic cloves, finely chopped

  • 1 teaspoon fenugreek seeds
  • 1 teaspoon cumin seeds
  • 2 teaspoons coriander seeds
  • 1 teaspoon hot red pepper, garam masala, sugar
  • 400 milliliters of coconut milk
  • 200 grams of basmati rice
  • 400 milliliters of hot water
