Required products :
2 teaspoons rice
100 grams of cream cheese
100 grams of sour cream or yogurt
75 grams of yellow cheese
1/2 small onion
2 cloves garlic
2 tea cups mix of chopped fresh vegetables (carrots, zucchini, green beans, peppers)
parsley to taste
2 tablespoons oil
salt and ground black pepper to taste
Method of preparation :
Cut the vegetables, onion and garlic into small cubes - finely, grate the yellow cheese.
Heat the oil and fry the onion and garlic in it until golden. Then add the vegetables, season with salt and ground black pepper to taste and stir.
Close the pan with a lid and let the products simmer over medium heat until soft, stirring occasionally. If necessary, pour a little water.
Towards the end of cooking, add chopped fresh parsley to taste and stir.
