basmati rice
mushrooms

Method of preparation :
Boil the rice according to the instructions on the package. Pour olive oil (do not spare it) in a large pan and heat. Pour the rice into the pan and flatten with a spatula, pressing lightly to the bottom. You should get a large rice "loaf", which you fry until a yellow crust forms.
Along with the preparation of the rice, make the sauce. To do this, first chop all the vegetables. Fry onions and mushrooms in olive oil, add peppers, tomatoes and after a few minutes remove the pan from the heat. Season with balsamic vinegar, salt, turmeric, lemon slices and put on the stove for 2-3 minutes.
Arrange the rice on a plate and serve with sauce and lemon slices.
