Necessary products for 6 servings:
1 medium onion head
5 cloves garlic
250 grams of long grain rice
500 - 600 milliliters of broth or water
1 teaspoon black sesame (maybe white)
salt to taste

Method of preparation:
Finely chop the onion and garlic. Heat 3 tablespoons of oil and fry the onion until translucent. Add rice and garlic, fry for a minute, stirring.
Pour the broth or water, add salt to taste, bring to a boil, reduce the heat, close with a lid and cook for 20-25 minutes. If necessary, add more liquid.
The finished rice is mixed with sesame seeds, stirred and served as a side dish.
