Required products :
100 grams of basmati rice
50 grams of mascarpone
50 milliliters of fresh milk
10 grams of butter
20 grams of sugar
1 pear
1 banana
Method of preparation :
Melt the butter and sugar in a pan, add the sliced pear and banana. Let cook on low heat for 5 minutes. Stir to cover the fruit with the resulting caramel. Remove the pan from the heat.
Boil the rice in water, adding the milk. When ready, add the mascarpone, salt and sugar to taste.
Take suitable cups or bowls and spread the rice and caramelized fruit in layers.
