Fry the onion in the fat, add the celery, carrot, peppers and the white part of the onion stalks. Cook for 10 minutes until the vegetables are soft.
Add the minced meat, season with salt and pepper to taste and fry for 10 minutes until brown and crispy (crush it during cooking).
Add the spice cajun and tomato paste, stir to combine. Put the cooked rice and 4 tablespoons of water. Wait for the rice to warm up and sprinkle with green onions before serving.
