Required products :

  • 3 tablespoons oil
  • 2 tea cups mix of different types of mushrooms
  • 1 tablespoon hot sauce
  • 2 tablespoons grated ginger
  • 1 bunch green onions, thinly sliced
  • 3/4 tea cup shredded grilled pork
  • 2 teaspoons boiled rice
  • 1/2 cup corn
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 egg - broken

Method of preparation :

In a large skillet, heat 1 tablespoon butter. Stew the mushrooms without stirring until they turn brown on the underside - for about 2-3 minutes. Add a pinch of salt and cook for another 2 minutes. Add the remaining butter, hot sauce, ginger and white onion. Stir and cook for a minute, then add the meat, stirring vigorously to warm.

Add the rice, then the corn and stir to heat all the products well. Pour the soy sauce.

Push the products to one end of the pan and put the beaten egg in the clean one. Chop it in bulk, and when ready, mix with other products.

Remove from the heat, add the green onions and stir for the last time.

Serve with extra soy sauce if desired.
