Required products :

150 grams of rice
60-70 grams of oil
1-2 onions
300 milliliters of chicken broth (or another in accordance with the dish to which the side dish will be offered) or water
salt to taste a
piece of butter to serve

Preparation :
Peel and finely chop the onion, heat the broth.
Pour the oil into a suitable pan and fry the onion in it until golden. When this happens, add the rice and mix gently. Pour the hot (almost boiling) broth, close the container with a lid, reduce the temperature and let the garnish cook for 15 minutes, while not opening the lid.
Then check the readiness and the presence of liquid in the vessel. There should be almost nothing left of the broth. Cover the rice with a towel and leave for 10 minutes.
Serve with a piece of butter.

The garnish is a suitable addition to various dishes. If they are vegetable, use vegetable broth, for beef dishes - respectively beef broth, etc.

It is good to choose a wide enough dish to keep the layer of rice in it as thin as possible - this way the white grains will be tastier. Another important point for appetizing rice is not to wash it beforehand. If you still hold on to this point, dry it completely afterwards.
