Required products :
300 grams of long grain rice
400 grams of pork neck
1-2 onions
1.5 teaspoons salt
3 cloves garlic
5 cm grated fresh ginger
1 carrot
1 sweet pepper
100 grams of frozen peas
Method of preparation :
Boil the rice until ready, then drain the liquid using a colander.
Cut the pork into small cubes.
Fry them in hot oil until golden brown, then transfer to a plate.
In the same pan fry the finely chopped onion and garlic, grated ginger.
Add the finely chopped carrots and peppers, peas and stew everything for about 10-15 minutes, stirring.
Once the vegetables are soft, add the meat with the rice and season to taste. Stir and let the dish cook for another 5-7 minutes.
