Necessary products:
200 g long grain rice
400 g mix of frozen seafood
500 ml of vegetable broth
200 ml sour cream
3 heads of shallots
50 ml of white wine
black pepper and salt to taste
parsley for sprinkling

Method of preparation:
Heat oil in a pan and fry finely chopped onions until translucent. Add the washed rice, pour in the white wine and wait for the liquid to evaporate. Then start pouring the broth in small portions, adding each one when the previous one has evaporated. Add the cream, mix the seafood, add salt and after a minute remove from the heat. Sprinkle with fresh chopped parsley and serve.
