Learn how to cook "Rice with spinach, butter and yellow cheese". Delicious recipe.
Required products :
1 teaspoon rice (round grain)
100 grams of spinach
70 grams of yellow cheese
50 grams of butter
salt
Method of preparation :
Melt the butter in a pan and stew the spinach in it for a few minutes.
Add the washed rice and stir until it absorbs the fat.
Pour 2 cups of water or broth, add salt and simmer over low heat for 20 minutes.
Add the yellow cheese (pre-grated), stir and the dish is ready.
If desired, sprinkle with yellow cheese before serving.
