Required products :

180-200 grams of rice
1 can of tuna (about 160-180 grams)
1 onion
1 pepper
2 tablespoons olive oil
dried tomatoes to taste
salt and ground black pepper to taste

chopped fresh parsley or sesame seeds for serving

Preparation :
Boil the rice in water until ready.
Finely chop the onion and sauté it in olive oil over medium heat until soft (be careful not to burn). Then add the diced pepper, reduce the temperature and let it fry for about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
For the vegetables, pour the fish and chopped sun-dried tomatoes, add salt to taste, and add ground black pepper, if you prefer. Reduce the heat, close the pan with a lid and let the products cook for 2-3 minutes.
Put the prepared rice in a pan, put it on the fire and add the other products to it. Close the pan again with a lid and 1-2 minutes later remove from the heat.
Serve sprinkled with chopped fresh parsley or sesame seeds.
