Necessary products:

 

  • 1 teaspoon and a half rice
  • 5 teaspoons vegetable broth
  • 150 milliliters of white wine
  • 200 grams of canned asparagus
  • 1 head old onion
  • 1 stalk fresh onion
  • fresh spices of your choice
  • salt, pepper
  • 40 grams of butter

 

Method of preparation:

 

Drain and chop the asparagus. Heat the butter and saute them. Drain and put the chopped fresh and old onions in the same fat.

Pour the rice, season with salt, pepper and pour the broth and white wine. Return the asparagus to the mixture, reduce the heat and let the dish simmer on low heat, stirring occasionally.
