Required products :

  • 3 eggs
  • 100 grams of walnuts
  • 60 grams of natural dates (if you are a fan and carbohydrates do not interfere add more)
  • 20 grams of butter
  • 150 grams of whole yogurt
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 20 grams of whole cocoa
  • 30 grams of coconut flour
  • A pinch of quality salt, 1 teaspoon of cinnamon, 1 teaspoon of instant coffee

Method of preparation :

Pre-soak the walnuts in warm water with salt for 4-6 hours, then rinse and drain. It is not an obligatory step, but it is correct from the point of view of assimilation.

Peel the dates.

Blend the eggs, dates, cocoa, all spices, coconut flour and soft butter until smooth.

Weigh the yogurt and mix it with the baking soda to make it foam. Combine the two mixtures. Add the walnuts and stir by hand.

Pour and align the mixture in the dish of your choice (approximate size 9/16 cm). Use baking paper. Bake for 35 minutes in an oven preheated to 175 degrees with a fan.

Allow to cool before cutting into pieces.
