How To Cook Rich Salad With Eggs, Salmon And Vegetables - Recipe

Required products :

For the dressing:

  • 3/4 tea cup whole milk
  • 1/4 tea cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons white wine vinegar
  • 1/2 clove garlic
  • 2 teaspoons fresh dill
  • salt and pepper

For the salad:

  • 3 teaspoons green beans
  • 500 grams of salmon
  • 1/2 teaspoon olive oil
  • 4 tea cups chopped lettuce
  • 500 grams of tomatoes
  • 1 can of corn (400 grams)
  • 2 cucumbers - cut into crescents
  • 5 boiled eggs
  • 4 slices of bacon (fried and cut into strips)
  • 4 stalks of fresh onion - chopped

Method of preparation :

Combine mayonnaise, whole milk, vinegar and squeeze half a clove of garlic in a jar. Put the cap on and shake to mix all the products. Add the chopped dill and shake again and set aside.

Stew the green beans for about 4-5 minutes, until soft, leave to cool.

Grease a grill pan with olive oil and cook the salmon (season with salt and pepper) for 6-8 minutes on each side, until fully cooked.

Assemble the salad in a large plate, put the lettuce at the bottom, a layer of corn on top, sliced ​​cucumber, followed by green beans, eggs (cut in half). Place the shredded salmon on top and sprinkle with the crispy bacon and chopped green onions.
