Method of preparation :
Combine mayonnaise, whole milk, vinegar and squeeze half a clove of garlic in a jar. Put the cap on and shake to mix all the products. Add the chopped dill and shake again and set aside.
Stew the green beans for about 4-5 minutes, until soft, leave to cool.
Grease a grill pan with olive oil and cook the salmon (season with salt and pepper) for 6-8 minutes on each side, until fully cooked.
Assemble the salad in a large plate, put the lettuce at the bottom, a layer of corn on top, sliced cucumber, followed by green beans, eggs (cut in half). Place the shredded salmon on top and sprinkle with the crispy bacon and chopped green onions.
Serve with the dressing.
