Required products :
4 eggs
1 tea cup yogurt
1 tea cup vegetable oil
1 tea cup flour
1 tea cup semolina
1 tea cup granulated sugar
10 grams leavening agent
For the syrup:
5 teaspoons of water
4 teaspoons of granulated sugar
juice of 1/2 lemon
Preparation :
Beat the eggs with the sugar in a deep bowl.
Add the yoghurt to them, then pour in the oil, pour in the semolina and the flour. Continue beating, finally add the baking powder and beat briefly.
No lumps should form.
Grease the bottom of a suitable form (measuring 20 x 30 cm) with oil and pour the resulting dough into it.
Bake the dessert in an oven preheated to 170 degrees until it turns red and acquires a beautiful crust. Cut into squares.
Make the syrup. Pour the water into the pan, add the sugar and place the dish on the stove to boil the sweet liquid. When this happens, add the lemon juice and remove the syrup from the heat.
Let it cool (keep it warm) and pour it over the finished pan. Leave for a while so that it can absorb the liquid.
Serve the roar cold.
