How To Cook Roast Beef With Bacon In White Wine And Butter - Recipe

Learn how to cook "Roast beef with bacon in white wine and butter". Delicious recipe.

Required products :

  • 700-800 grams of beef fillet
  • 50 milliliters of dry white wine
  • 50 grams of butter
  • 50 grams of bacon

Method of preparation :

Wrap a whole piece of beef in bacon or cut into pieces and "dress" each in bacon, then secure with a toothpick.

Melt the butter in a small saucepan and lightly fry the meat, turning it from time to time and not closing the pan with a lid.

When it turns red, pour in the white wine and let it simmer (again, do not cover the pot with a lid) until almost all the wine has evaporated (be careful not to stick the veal to the bottom).

Then transfer the meat to a pan, pour it with the sauce left in the dish. Place in an oven preheated to 180 degrees, turn every 15 minutes and pour the resulting sauce.

After 40 minutes, reduce the temperature to 150 degrees and let the beef roast for another hour, turning the pieces every 20 minutes.

Enjoy your meal!
