Required products :

  • 500 grams of thinly sliced ​​beef fillet
  • salt and pepper
  • 3 tablespoons natural cornstarch
  • 1 tablespoon + 1 teaspoon oil
  • 500 grams of green beans, peeled
  • 3 cloves garlic, finely chopped
  • 6 cm ginger root, grated
  • 1/4 tea cup soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
  • 3 tablespoons sugar
  • 2 green onion stalks, finely chopped
  • 1 tablespoon white sesame seeds

Method of preparation :

Put the pieces of meat in a bowl and dry them with kitchen paper. Season and sprinkle with cornstarch, stir to cover the meat pieces well.

In a large skillet, place 1 teaspoon of oil and fry the green beans for 1 minute. Pour 2 tablespoons of water and cover with a lid, simmer for 1 minute. Transfer the beans to a plate and discard the excess water.

Return the pan to the hob, dry and add the remaining oil. When it clogs, add the meat and fry for 2-3 minutes. Reduce heat, add garlic, ginger, rice vinegar, soy sauce and sugar. Stir to roll the meat in the spices. Return the green beans to the pan, sprinkle with spring onions and sesame seeds.

Serve the dish as soon as it is removed from the hob.
