How To Cook Roast Chicken Breast With Sun-dried Tomatoes, Cottage Cheese And Basil - Recipe

Learn how to cook "Roasted chicken breasts with dried tomatoes, cottage cheese and basil". Delicious recipe.

Required products :

  • 5-6 dried tomatoes
  • a few sprigs of basil
  • 3 tablespoons cottage cheese
  • salt to taste
  • ground black pepper to taste
  • 1/2 lemon (juice)
  • 2 chicken breasts
  • dried herbs to taste
  • a little oil

 

Method of preparation :

Finely chop the dried tomatoes and basil leaves, mix them with the cottage cheese and season with salt, pepper and a little lemon juice.

Make a deep longitudinal incision in the chest and fill it with the mixture you have prepared.

Rub the chicken with dried herbs, sprinkle with lemon juice and place in a greased hot pan.

Bake the meat (a few minutes on each side) until lightly browned, then transfer to a pan and bake in the oven (turned on at 220 degrees). In about 10 minutes the dish will be ready.
