How To Cook Roast Chicken Breast With Vegetables And Sesame Seeds - Recipe

Learn how to cook "Roasted chicken breasts with vegetables and sesame seeds". Delicious recipe.

Required products :

  • 1 kg of chicken breast
  • 1 carrot
  • 1 onion
  • 5 cloves garlic
  • 1/2 pepper (sweet)
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • 10 grams of sesame seeds
  • 15 grams of mustard
  • salt and other spices to taste

 

Method of preparation :

Cut the fillet into thin pieces.

Stew onions (chopped) and carrots (grated) in oil. Once the mixture has cooled, add the chopped garlic (thinly sliced) and diced pepper.

In a greased form put a row of chicken, generously spread it with eggs mixed with mustard and spices to taste.

Followed by part of the vegetable stuffing, again fillet, egg, carrots and onions ... Continue in the same sequence until the products are exhausted.

Meanwhile, add salt to taste.

Spread the last layer of chicken with the egg combination and sprinkle with sesame seeds.

Bake in the oven preheated to 180 degrees for 40-50 minutes.

Decorate the dish as desired and serve it with a garnish of your choice.
