Necessary products:

 

  • 350 grams of chicken
  • 150 grams of mushrooms
  • 250 milliliters of fresh milk
  • 30 grams of flour
  • 50 grams of chopped onions
  • 50 grams of butter
  • 1-2 sprigs of fresh thyme
  • salt, pepper to taste
  • arugula for serving


Method of preparation:

 

Melt the butter, dip the chicken in the flour and fry it on all sides. Fry the chopped mushrooms and onions in the same fat.

 

Remove the dish from the heat, add the chicken and arrange the thyme stalks.

 

Season the dish with salt, pepper and remaining butter. Pour the milk, preheat the oven to 200 degrees and bake for 30 minutes.
