Required products :

1 whole chicken
2 cloves garlic
50 grams mayonnaise
450 grams flour
300 milliliters water
2 tablespoons oil
1 teaspoon sugar
2 teaspoons dry yeast
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon ground black pepper

Method of preparation :

Wash the chicken, dry it and rub with salt and ground black pepper.
Mash the garlic and add it to the mayonnaise. Spread the resulting mixture on the inside and outside of the chicken, put it in the refrigerator for an hour.

Make the dough. Dissolve the yeast and sugar in warm water. Sift the flour and add 1 teaspoon of salt. Add the dissolved yeast and oil to it. Knead the dough, cover with a towel and leave in a warm place to rise.

When this happens, roll out a rectangular layer about 0.5 centimeters thick. Put the chicken in the middle and wrap it with the dough. Carefully "glue" the edges so that the sauce that will separate during baking does not run out.

Bake at 180 degrees for about an hour and a half. If the surface starts to toast, cover with foil and leave in the oven until done.

Enjoy your meal!
