Learn how to cook "Roast chicken in fresh milk with garlic and lemon". Delicious recipe.
Required products :
2 kilograms of chicken
800 milliliters of fresh milk with a fat content of 1.5% - 2.5%
200 grams of butter
peel of 2 lemons
15 cloves garlic
1 teaspoon saffron
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon ground black pepper
Method of preparation :
Turn on the oven to preheat to 200 degrees.
Cut the chicken into pieces, wash them, dry and season with salt and ground black pepper. Fry in hot oil until golden brown.
Make a sauce from the milk, sliced lemon zest and saffron.
Mash the garlic cloves, put them in a pan and arrange the chicken. Pour the milk sauce and place the dish in the preheated oven. Let the dish bake for an hour and a half, during which time periodically water with fragrant milk (the more often you do this, the tastier it will turn out).
Then remove the finished meat from the pan, remove the garlic and lemon zest, and beat the sauce.
Serve the chicken with it and make it delicious!
