Required products :
1 kg of chicken (use legs or fillet)
1/4 teaspoon soy sauce
2 tablespoons honey or brown sugar
2 tablespoons rice vinegar a
few drops of sesame oil (optional)
2-4 cloves garlic )
1 teaspoon grated fresh ginger
1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
ground black pepper
Method of preparation :
Cut the chicken into portions.
In a suitable bowl, mix the soy sauce with honey or sugar, add vinegar, a few drops of sesame oil if desired, crushed garlic cloves, grated ginger, red pepper flakes, oil and ground black pepper to taste. Stir and pour the resulting sauce over the chicken. Leave it to marinate for at least 2 hours (you can put it in the fridge overnight).
20-30 minutes before roasting the meat, take it out of the fridge and let it stand at room temperature.
