How To Cook Roast Chicken In Marinade Teriyaki - Recipe

Required products :

1 kg of chicken (use legs or fillet)
1/4 teaspoon soy sauce
2 tablespoons honey or brown sugar
2 tablespoons rice vinegar a
few drops of sesame oil (optional)
2-4 cloves garlic )
1 teaspoon grated fresh ginger
1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
ground black pepper

Method of preparation :

Cut the chicken into portions.


In a suitable bowl, mix the soy sauce with honey or sugar, add vinegar, a few drops of sesame oil if desired, crushed garlic cloves, grated ginger, red pepper flakes, oil and ground black pepper to taste. Stir and pour the resulting sauce over the chicken. Leave it to marinate for at least 2 hours (you can put it in the fridge overnight).

 

20-30 minutes before roasting the meat, take it out of the fridge and let it stand at room temperature.

You can bake :

  • grilled - on medium to high heat for about 4-5 minutes on each side;
  • in the oven - preheated to 190 degrees for about 30 minutes; when you take it out of the oven, cover the dish with foil and leave it for 5 minutes.

 

The exact cooking time depends mostly on the size of the pieces of meat.


The dish in which the chicken will be marinated is best made of glass or enamel, stainless steel or plastic.
