How To Cook Roast Chicken Legs With Potatoes And Orange - Recipe

Required products :

6 chicken legs
600 grams potatoes
2 oranges
2 tablespoons honey
1 tablespoon mustard
salt salt and pepper to taste
olive oil to taste
basil optional

 

Method of preparation :

Squeeze the juice from one orange and add honey, mustard, salt and ground black pepper to taste. Rub the thighs with this mixture and let them stand for at least half an hour.

Peel the potatoes (optional), cut them into large pieces and pour olive oil. Season with salt and pepper, stir.

Grease a pan, arrange the legs in it and pour the potatoes. Arrange orange and basil leaves on them, if you decide to use one.

Cover the dish with foil and place in the oven. Let the dish cook at 180 degrees for about half an hour, then remove the coating and let the legs and potatoes bake until done.
