  • 1 whole chicken about a kilogram
  • 3 dessert apples
  • 2 tablespoons some whiskey

  • 1/4 teaspoon rosemary
  • 1/4 teaspoon thyme
  • 2 tablespoons grated lemon zest

Method of preparation:
