Required products :

  • 1/4 teaspoon olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, pressed
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 2 lemons / 1 sliced ​​+ 1 freshly squeezed /
  • 2 oranges / 1 sliced ​​+ 1 freshly squeezed /
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • salt and freshly ground black pepper
  • 10-12 chicken legs
  • 1 onion, cut into thin slices
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1 tablespoon dried rosemary

Method of preparation :

 

  • In a small bowl, combine the olive oil, garlic, sugar, lemon juice, orange juice and spices.
  • Arrange the chicken legs in a tray of appropriate size, turning them upside down.
