How To Cook Roast Chicken With Harris Sauce And Peppers - Recipe

Required products :

  • 1 whole chicken
  • left
  • pepper
  • 3-4 tablespoons Harris

for vegetables:

  • 1 onion, chopped in bulk
  • 1 red onion, chopped in bulk
  • 3 hot peppers, green
  • 2 sweet red peppers
  • 2 yellow peppers
  • salt, pepper
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons "Harissa"
  • 1 head of garlic, halved

Method of preparation :

Start by cooking the chicken. Cut off the spine and remove it so you can open the chicken like a butterfly. Season with salt and pepper and generously spread with Harissa paste.

Line a large baking tray with parchment paper. Put all the vegetables without cutting the peppers. Season with salt, pepper, Harissa and pour olive oil, stir by hand.

Place the chicken on top and finally add the two halves of the garlic head. Bake for 50 minutes at 180 degrees.

Serve the chicken with vegetables and garnish with parsley.
