Required products :

1 kg chicken legs or other favorite part of your choice
2 tablespoons butter
2 tablespoons honey
2 tablespoons walnuts
ginger and cumin to taste
salt and pepper to taste

other spices of your choice and taste

Preparation :
Wash and cut into portions the meat you have chosen.


Grind the walnuts, but not too finely. Melt the butter.


Rub the chicken well with honey, butter, walnuts and all spices.


Arrange in a suitable container and let stand for several hours (the longer the better).


Then cover the pan with foil and place in a preheated 200-220 oven for about 40-50 minutes.


Finally, remove the foil, sprinkle with more walnuts and return the dish to bake for 5 minutes in the oven.
