How To Cook Roast Chicken With Mustard, Garlic, Beer And Honey - Recipe

Necessary products:

 

  • 1 chicken about 1.5-2 pounds
  • 2 tablespoons mustard
  • 1 tablespoon liquid honey
  • 3 cloves garlic, pressed
  • 100 milliliters of dark beer
  • salt, pepper to taste
  • 1/2 teaspoon turmeric
  • olive oil or butter

 

Method of preparation:

 

Clean, wash and dry the chicken. Cut and place in a greased pan. In a bowl, mix the mustard, honey, garlic, beer and turmeric.

Stir the mixture and use a silicone brush to spread the chicken on all sides. Season with salt and pepper. Dilute the remaining mixture with a tea cup of warm water and pour into the pan.

Preheat oven to 200 degrees, bake for 20 minutes. Reduce the power to 180 degrees and bake the meat for another 25 minutes. Cool, distribute portions and serve the chicken with a garnish of your choice.
