Required products :

5-6 medium potatoes
400 grams of frozen corn
3 onions
1 garlic clove
olive oil
1 teaspoon dried rosemary
1 chicken weighing about 1.6 kilograms
2 large lemons
170 milliliters of yogurt
1 bunch coriander
pepper
salt

Method of preparation :

Turn on the oven to preheat to 200 degrees. During this time, peel the onions and potatoes, the latter cut lengthwise into 3 parts, and onions - into quarters.

Wash the garlic and cut the head in half across the cloves.

Put the vegetables in a pan, add the corn and pour all the olive oil. Season with salt, dried rosemary and pepper, stir.

Place the whole chicken on the products in the bowl and pour olive oil, which you rub into the skin. Sprinkle with salt and pepper, put 1 lemon cut in half inside the bird.

Cut the second lemon into 2-3 pieces, which you arrange around the chicken.

Bake the dish for about 50 minutes until the surface of the meat turns red. Then remove, pour the juice of 1/2 lemon, shake the bowl to mix the vegetables well and return to the oven for another 20-30 minutes or until the products are fully cooked.

Leave the finished chicken for 10 minutes, during which time make the garlic sauce.

Remove the roasted head of garlic from the pan, remove the skins and mash with a fork along with the juice of half a lemon and yogurt.

Crush the coriander leaves with a pinch of salt to obtain a puree, in which pour a little olive oil. Spread the chicken evenly in this fragrant combination.

Then divide it into portions and serve with roasted vegetables, garlic sauce and juice that has separated during baking.

Enjoy your meal!
