How To Cook Roast Chicken With Peppers, Tomatoes And Corn - Recipe

Required products :

1 chicken or a few legs
2 onions
2 sweet red peppers
4-6 fresh tomatoes (or canned)
400 grams canned corn
garlic to taste
mayonnaise to taste
salt and ground black pepper to taste
grated yellow cheese to sprinkle

Method of preparation :

Wash and dry the chicken, cut it into portions. Season with salt and ground black pepper to taste and leave the meat for the moment.

Wash the peppers, clean them from the seeds, then cut into thin strips. Cut the tomatoes into circles or pieces of your choice.

Peel onions and garlic, chop finely.

In a greased pan, divide the vegetables into layers: onions, peppers, tomatoes. Next is the corn (without the canned juice) and finally the garlic (can be pressed).

Arrange the chickens on this "bed", spread them with mayonnaise and bake in a preheated oven until ready (about 35-40 minutes).

During this time, turn the meat twice to bake on all sides evenly.

5-10 minutes before removing the dish from the oven, sprinkle with grated cheese.
