Wash and soak prunes and raisins for 10 minutes. Cut the chicken into portions, salt and fry in a little fat. Remove to a plate.
Finely chop the onion and fry in the fat left over from the chicken. Cut the peppers into circles, finely chop the garlic, put them in a separate pan, pour a little water and stew for 5-6 minutes. Mix onion, peppers, garlic and leave on low heat for 5 minutes, stirring.
