Required products :
1 whole duck
2 teaspoons light raisins
1 tablespoon tomato paste
1 tablespoon mayonnaise
3 heads garlic
salt to taste
Method of preparation :
Make the sauce first. Wash the raisins and grind them (you can use a blender). Peel the garlic and mash it, mix it with the raisins, add the tomato puree, mayonnaise and mix everything.
Add salt to the inside and outside of the duck, then spread with the prepared sauce and bake in a preheated oven at 200 degrees for about 2 hours and 30 minutes.
Serve hot.
