Required products :

1 medium chilled duck
500 grams quinces
2 teaspoons salt
1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
2 teaspoons honey

 

Method of preparation :

Wash the duck, dry it and rub with salt and ground black pepper. Pierce the breasts and legs in several places with a toothpick so that the finished dish can be covered with tasty and crispy skin.

Wash the quinces, cut them into large pieces, clean them from the core with the seeds, then fill the duck with them. Attach the hole with toothpicks and tie the wings and legs to the duck with a suitable string.

Coat the surface with honey and bake in a preheated oven to 190 degrees. Every 15 minutes during cooking, water the meat with the juice.

In about an hour the dish will be ready. Remove from the oven and remove the toothpicks.

You can submit with a set of your choice.
