How To Cook Roast Fish In Milk Sauce With Mustard And Curry - Recipe

Required products :

1 kg of fish fillet of your choice

salt to taste

For the sauce:

500 milliliters of fresh milk

2 tablespoons flour

50 grams of butter

2 teaspoons mustard (can grainy)

1 teaspoon paprika

1 teaspoon curry

black pepper to taste

100 grams of grated yellow cheese (can Parmesan)

salt to taste

Method of preparation :

Melt the butter in a saucepan, pour the flour and stir for 2-3 minutes with a wooden spoon. Without stopping to stir, pour the milk in a thin stream and cook until thickened. Add the mustard, red and black pepper, curry, salt and mix everything.

Wash, dry and salt the fillet. Pour some of the sauce on the bottom of a fireproof dish and arrange the fish. Sprinkle with grated yellow cheese, pour the remaining sauce and bake in the oven for 25-30 minutes at 200 degrees.
