How To Cook Roast Fish With Potatoes, Onions And Tomatoes - Recipe

Required products :

  • 250 grams of fish fillet of your choice
  • 2 medium potatoes
  • 1 medium onion head
  • 1/2 medium tomato
  • 50 grams of grated yellow cheese
  • mayonnaise
  • freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • soy sauce
  • left
  • parsley
  • spices for fish

Method of preparation :

Drizzle the fillet with soy sauce and lemon juice, sprinkle with salt, red and black pepper, spices and leave for about half an hour to marinate. Cut the potatoes into thin circles (the thinner they are, the more toasted they will become). Arrange a layer of them on the bottom of the dish in which you will bake the fish, put onions on top, cut into semicircles. Season with salt, spices, chopped parsley. Arrange the fish on top of all this. Put the tomatoes and a few slices of onion on top. Followed again by potatoes, spices, parsley. Add mayonnaise and sprinkle with grated cheese. Place the dish in the oven and bake at 180 degrees for about 45 minutes.
